Consent for Electronic Signatures, Records, and Disclosures ("E-Consent")
Please read this information carefully and print a copy and/or retain this information for future reference.
Introduction
When you submit a request to be connected with Salvation Debt, LLC's Marketplace Participants, you must consent to receiving electronic signatures, records, and disclosures ("E-Consent"). By assenting to the terms, you acknowledge receipt of this E-Consent and agree to conduct transactions using electronic records and signatures.
Option for Paper or Non-Electronic Records
You may request any disclosures to be provided in paper form by contacting the Marketplace Participants directly. Please refer to their contact information provided during the matching process.
Scope of Consent
This E-Consent applies to all of your online interactions with us across all devices, including computers, smartphones, and tablets. The Marketplace Participants may process your information and send required notices electronically via their websites or email.
Consenting to Do Business Electronically
Before you decide to do business electronically with the Marketplace Participants, you should consider whether you have the required hardware and software capabilities described below.
Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain electronic records, you will need:
- A device with internet access (computer, smartphone, or tablet)
- An email account and access to your email
- A web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (such as the current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- A PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit (to view and save documents)
- Sufficient storage capacity on your device or cloud storage to retain copies of electronic records
Withdrawing Consent
The E-Consent for Salvation Debt, LLC's connecting service cannot be withdrawn because it is a one-time transaction. However, you may withdraw your E-Consent with individual Marketplace Participants at any time and at no charge. Please be aware that withdrawing your E-Consent with a Marketplace Participant may prevent them from processing your credit application or approval.
Information Review Process
Once the Marketplace Participants have reviewed your loan request and determined that you may qualify, their contact information will be provided to you. Any subsequent interactions with the Marketplace Participants will be subject to their own separate terms, policies, and disclosures. Salvation Debt, LLC has no involvement in those subsequent interactions.
Limitation of Liability
Salvation Debt, LLC is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing the service caused by errors, inaccuracies, or falsity in any of the information you provide, or by any technical problems beyond our reasonable control. Salvation Debt, LLC is acting as neither your agent nor the Marketplace Participant's agent and disclaims liability for any damages arising from the use of this service.
