Credit Authorization

1. Who We Are
Salvation Debt, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a lead-generation and marketing company. We are not a lender, broker, or debt-relief provider. When you submit a form or click an action button (e.g., "I'm ready to get my options") on any website or application we operate, you are asking us to connect you with one or more third-party service providers in our network.
2. Your Written Instructions Under the FCRA
By submitting your information, you provide written instructions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) § 604(a)(2) authorizing Salvation Debt, LLC and its service provider, Array US, Inc., to obtain limited consumer report information. This authorization permits us to verify your identity, prevent fraud, and evaluate information relevant to matching and referral.
3. Parties Authorized
You authorize the following parties to access your consumer report information:
- Salvation Debt, LLC — to obtain limited consumer report data for identity verification, fraud prevention, and matching/referral evaluation.
- Array US, Inc. — our third-party service provider that facilitates the consumer report pull on our behalf.
4. What Information We Obtain
We obtain limited consumer-report information and identity data. We do not obtain or store full consumer reports or credit scores. The data retrieved is used exclusively for the purposes described in this authorization.
5. How We Use the Information
We use the information obtained solely for the following purposes:
- Identity verification and fraud prevention
- Evaluation relevant to matching and referral
- Compliance and audit support
We do not use this information for pre-qualification, underwriting decisions, or presenting firm offers of credit or insurance.
6. Partner Referrals
When we refer you to one or more of our trusted partners, those partners may independently obtain their own consumer reports under their own FCRA-compliant processes and disclosures. You can view the specific partner(s) who may receive your information on our Trusted Partners page.
7. No Sale or Redisclosure of Consumer Reports
We do not sell, share, or redisclose consumer reports or the data derived from them to any third party except as described in this authorization or as required by law.
8. Data Retention & Security
We retain consumer report data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to meet legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations. We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect this data. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Revocation
You may revoke this authorization at any time by emailing us at info@salvationdebt.com with the subject line "Revoke Credit Authorization." Revocation will not affect any action already taken in reliance on this authorization prior to our receipt and processing of your request.
10. Duration
This authorization remains effective for 18 months from the date of your most recent form submission or until you revoke it, whichever occurs first.
11. Your FCRA Rights
Under the FCRA, you have the right to:
- Dispute inaccurate information in your consumer report.
- Obtain a free copy of your consumer report annually from each nationwide consumer reporting agency at AnnualCreditReport.com.
- Place a fraud alert or credit freeze on your file if you believe you are a victim of identity theft.
12. No Obligation
This authorization does not obligate you to purchase any service or product. It does not guarantee that any partner will extend credit, offer a program, or provide any particular outcome.
13. California Residents
